Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days from when the item was delivered. Shipping costs and import taxes will not be refunded.
All dance wear must be in its original packaging with sanitary liner sticker and tags attached. Dance wear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Items that have been worn, washed, or smell fragrant cannot be returned.
Items that don,t pass inspection will be sent back at the owner,s expense.
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after items are received back in store and will be issued onto the original payment method.
If there is a fault in production you must send an email to "lespetitesjupesdepatricia" through the website explaining what the problem is before we can accept to exchange or refund your purchase.You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem before we except to make an exchange or refund. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US!!
Your skirt must be returned, unworn, to us within 14 day sof your receiving your order.
The cost of return postage will be covered by us only if the fault is ours.

Postage
Les petites jupes de Patricia cannot take responsability for damages that may occur to your skirt during postage.
Please make sure your postal address is correct. Your item will be shipped to the address provided to us at payment. If your packagei is returned to us because of a wrong address , we will not cover the additional cost to resend the package.
Shipments are sent by La Poste, lettre suivie and come with a tracking number.
Unavailable Items
If for any reason we are unable to complete your order because of the availability of material we will contact you directly to discuss an alternative.

Care instructions
Due to the possible variations, Les petites jupes de Patricia does not garantee that the colors or fabrics chosen to combine will not bleed or discolor.
We do will not refund or exchange any pieces effect in this way.

Hand wash in cold or warm water.
Lay flat to dry.
Iron on a low heat.
